I’m looking to purchase an lcd tv, but in red bold letters on the website in mentions that: “Note: Tuner Not Included”. What does this mean?

means you can’t watch nothing unless you buy a external tuner, like a cable box, vcr, or satellite dish

For antenna cable or satellite viewing are all correct this monitor was made to pay the royalty associated with its use it with its use it with cable or satellite.

This means you should have EITHER a Cable box, a Satellite box or a VCR that has a working tuner in it…..

Or you can get something like a Samsung ATSC terrestrial reciever so you can enjoy your local TV stations in HD….

It means that you will not be able to pick up over-the-air broadcasts. If you normally use cable or satellite, this is not an issue.
